That the Director of Traffic and Parking aggressively enforce no parking by the hydrant in front of 33 Hudson Street, across from the intersection of Benton Road and Hudson Street, as repeated calls to 311 have not resulted in adequate enforcement, and a car parked in front of the hydrant partially blocks the intersection.
