To the Honorable City Council:

 

I respectfully request that your Honorable City Council consider and approve the following request.

 

Pursuant to Somerville Code of Ordinances Sections 2-369, the School Department hereby requests the Council’s authorization to enter into a service agreement exceeding three years with Cambridge Health Alliance relative to operation of a school based health center and to approve the licensing of surplus space of the school pursuant to G. L. c. 40, s. 3 and Somerville Code of Ordinances Section 2-374, and to authorize the Mayor and Superintendent to execute same.

Administration and school staff will be available to answer any questions you may have. Thank you for your consideration of this matter.
