That the Legislative Matters Committee along with the City Solicitor review the Noise Ordinance to make any recommended changes with regard to permitted construction noise early on Saturday mornings and on holidays in residential areas so that it is consistent for contractors doing construction and residents doing repairs, household and yard work.
