To the Honorable City Council:

I respectfully request that your Honorable City Council vote to create the Assembly Square Public Realm and Area Improvements fund  and accept $549,808 from the Alta Xmbly development project for the Fund, under the provisions of MGL 40, Section 5B. This Fund will be used to support and public realm and area improvements in the areas and neighborhoods in the project vicinity.
