That the Commissioner of Public Works make sure that work is completed before winter in the Magoun Square neighborhood on the street, sidewalk, handicapped ramp and catch basin at Berwick and Hinckley Streets and also at Fennell and Hinckley Streets because this unfinished work presents a hazard to pedestrians and will be a serious danger to cars and snowplows following a snowstorm.
