That the Commissioner of Public Works install a decorative pedestrian light pole on the large center island in Union Square and communicate a time table for the final landscaping for that island as well as the adjacent smaller traffic islands, and that the Commissioner include the Ward 2 and Ward 3 Aldermen in all planning for landscaping in the Square.
