To the Honorable City Council:

Pursuant to Somerville Code of Ordinances, Section 2-124, the Mayor respectfully requests this Council approve the Law Department's settlement of a pending claim in excess of $5,000.00 for damages to a 2015 Mini Cooper Convertible on 10/31/2025 in the amount of $10,400.00. The Law Department will use existing funds in its Judgments and Settlements Account to satisfy this claim.
