To the Honorable Board of Aldermen:

I respectfully request an appropriation in the amount of two million, five hundred thousand dollars ($2,500,000) from Unreserved Fund Balance (“Free Cash”) for the purpose of reducing the Fiscal Year 2017 tax levy.
