Requesting an appropriation of $14,561,069 to fund the FY2018 Water Enterprise Fund Budget.

To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request your approval for an appropriation in the amount of $14,561,069  to fund the FY2018 Water Enterprise Fund Budget.  The appropriation order attached is broken down into Personal Services, Ordinary Maintenance, Capital, Debt Service, and Special Items.

Sufficient revenues shall be raised from water user charges and miscellaneous receipts to meet said appropriation in addition to an appropriation of $599,139 from FY2017 Water Enterprise Retained Earnings

to support the FY2018 Enterprise Fund Budget and mitigate a rate increase. Sufficient revenues shall be raised from charges to fund an estimated $631,696 in indirect costs residing in the General Fund.
