To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request an appropriation of $1,000,000 from Unreserved Fund Balance ("Free Cash") to the Facility Construction and Renovation Stabilization Fund. The intended use of the appropriation is to reduce debt service on the construction of the new Somerville High School.
