To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request your approval of a lease for the West Broadway Police Substation at

1114 Broadway. The space consists of 950 square feet of office space consisting of three (3) rooms plus a half bathroom, and additional basement storage space.

The term will be 18 months, commencing September 1st, 2015 and terminating Feb 28, 2017 .  The rent will be $1,800 per month for a total of $32,400 over 18 months.

The contract is attached for your consideration and my staff will be available to answer any questions you may have.
