That the FY-23 Budget include a position to support a Residential Electrification and Weatherization Resource Center under the Office of Sustainability and Environment that helps homeowners and property owners identify rebates and financial supports, apply for such rebates and supports and provide technical assistance in house or via consultant referrals for weatherization and electrification projects.
