Requesting approval for a time-only extension of a contract with OverUnder for the ArtFarm project.

To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request that your honorable Board approve a time extension for Contract number 160275 with OverUnder, the design team for the ArtFarm Project.  The contract will expire on October 31, 2018.  We would like to extend this 3 year contract to December 31, 2019.  This will allow for the additional time needed for design and engineering services required to complete all design, bidding and construction management associated with the project.

My staff will be available to answer any questions you may have. Thank you for your consideration of this item.
