To the Honorable City Council:
I respectfully request an appropriation of $174,882 from the Salary Contingency Account to the below listed Personal Services Accounts in the Police Department to fund the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Somerville and the Somerville Police Superior Officers Association. The Agreement spans the period July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2021.
The appropriation funds part of the funds required in fiscal year 2022 from the period July 1, 2021 to December 4, 2021. Your Honorable Council previously approved funds for this Agreement spanning the period December 5, 2021 through June 30, 2022.
