That the Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development (Transportation and Infrastructure) consider installing a bollard or metal post at the top of the stairs at the end of the Community Path Extension, by Lowell Street, (at the spot where the stairs join the ramp) to prevent people from accidentally tumbling down the stairs.
