To the Honorable City Council:

I respectfully request the authorization of an increase to the Planning and Zoning Notice Revolving Fund Expenditure Cap to $75,000 for FY2019, under the provisions of MGL Chapter 44, Section 53 1/2. 

The currently authorized cap is $50,000. The increase requested is $25,000.

This request is due to increases of cost for printing and advertising. 

My staff will be available to answer any questions you may have. Thank you for your consideration of this matter.
