To the Honorable City Council:
I hereby submit, subject to the approval of your Honorable Council, an appropriation in the amount of $156,500 to fund the Fiscal year 2022 Dilboy Field Enterprise Fund Budget The appropriation is broken down into the attached Personal Services and Ordinary Maintenance Accounts. Program revenue in the amount of $80,000 will be raised to fund the proposed budget. In addition, an amount of $76,500 will also be appropriated from Retained Earnings to meet the needs of the FY2022 Enterprise Fund Budget.
