To the Honorable City Council:
The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council appropriate $480,000 from the Community Preservation Act Fund Budgeted Reserve (Fund #3255) to the Somerville Hispanic Association for Community Development (Org #32516) for continued preservation of their organization's building, the former Grace Baptist Church located at 59 Cross Street, as described in their FY26 funding application.
Details of this request are available in the attached funding recommendation from the Community Preservation Committee.
