That the Director of Traffic and Parking and the Traffic Engineer conduct an analysis and report to this Board as to whether STOP signs should be added to the intersection of Morrison Avenue and Highland Road to make it a four-way stop in order to slow traffic that speeds down Morrison Avenue between Cedar Street and Willow Avenue.
