To the Honorable Board:

I hereby request, subject to the approval of your Honorable Board, the appropriation of a mitigation payment from the IKEA, Inc. in the amount of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to the Wellington Undercarriage Stabilization Fund.  This contribution will assist in funding the planning, design and construction of the Wellington Undercarriage for the Mystic River Reservation Shared Use Path.

OSPCD staff are available to respond to any questions you may have.
