The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council appropriate $150,000 from the Unreserved Fund Balance ("Free Cash") to the Facility Renovation and Reconstruction Stabilization Fund for the purpose of funding tenant building improvements at 77 Broadway for the East Somerville Police substation
