To the Honorable City Council:

I hereby convey for your input a draft scope of services for the purpose of a long term Water & Sewer rate study. The attached scope of services includes a long term financial projection and affordability analysis. The results of this study will be presented to the Council prior to rate setting in Spring of 2021.
