To the Honorable Board:

I would like to respectfully request that your Honorable Board confirm the appointment of Joseph A. Cerqueira an alternate member of the Planning Board, for a term to expire on June 14, 2012.  Joseph will fill the alternate position for the remainder of the term that has been vacant since Dana LeWinter resigned from the Board when she took a full-time position with the City last year. 

Joseph is a successful business owner, running a number of restaurants in the area.  His business background and extensive experience will be very valuable to the Board.
