That the Director of Planning, Preservation & Zoning re-evaluate the Green Score (Section 10.4) in the Zoning Ordinances for Neighborhood Residential Districts and consider implementing a percentage for pervious and green space requirements, as the current score appears to be encouraging transformation of rear lots into predominantly parking areas in duplex and triple-decker typologies.
