To the Honorable Board:

 

Thank you for your interest (Agenda Item 197797) in a smart phone app for City of Somerville constituents to use for reporting and tracking city related work orders. The City recently adopted “Commonwealth Connect” as its smartphone app for constituents to use for reporting and tracking City work orders via their mobile devices. It can be downloaded to your smart phone using your browser.

 

For your convenience I have also attached the training document for the Commonwealth Connect App. If you have any questions or difficulties please contact the IT Helpdesk for assistance at 617 625-6600 x3250 and we will be happy to help you.
