To the Honorable City Council:
The Mayor respectfully requests, pursuant to MGL Chapter 30A, Section 21(a)(3), that this Council convene in Executive Session for the following purpose:
To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation, with the City Solicitor declaring that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the city’s bargaining or litigating position.
Appropriate staff will be available to answer any questions you may have. Thank you for your consideration of this matter.
