Dear Honorable Board of Aldermen:

I respectfully request approval to appropriate $46,000 and authorization to borrow $46,000 to meet said appropriation.

This appropriation will allow for one truck to be purchased to complete the DPW planned annual fleet replacement, as described to Your Honorable Board at the October 27th regular meeting of the Board of Aldermen.
