To the Honorable Board:

The Somerville Redevelopment Authority and Union Square Station Associates ("US2"), the Union Square Master Developer, recently finalized an Amended and Restated Master Developer Designation Agreement ("Amended MDDA").  A copy of the Amended MDDA is attached for your information.

The Amended MDDA now grants US2 a formal option to purchase the D2 parcel and establishes a timeline for this event.
