To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request approval to amend the rate of pay for the position of Assistant Clerk of Committees from $1462.91 monthly to $1667.00 monthly. Sufficient lag funds exist in the account to fund the position for the remainder of the fiscal year.

This position is not part of the Salary Classification Plan thus necessitating Board Action to amend the rate.

My staff will be available to address any questions you may have. Thank you for your consideration of this item.
