To the Honorable City Council:

The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve the transfer of $153,987 from the CPA Community Housing Debt Service account (32505-591500-32530) to the CPA Community Housing Reserve (325300) to correct an error in the FY2027 CPA Fund budget, per request by the Community Preservation Committee.
