To the Honorable Board:

I hereby request, subject to the approval of your Honorable Board, an appropriation in the amount of one hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($150,000.00) for roof repairs to the Somerville High School and authorization to borrow one hundred and fifty thousand dollars $150,000.00 to meet said appropriation.
