To the Honorable City Council:
The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve an amendment to the Memorandum of Agreement between the City Council and Somerville Redevelopment Authority executed February 19, 2019, pertaining to the redevelopment of 90 Washington Street. This amendment removes reference to a public safety building component of the project, updates the process to select a development partner, and makes other small updates for clarity in light of these changes.
