To the Honorable City Council:

I respectfully request the authorization of an increase to the Council on Aging Revolving Fund Expenditure Cap to $160,000 for FY2019, under the provisions of MGL Chapter 44, Section 53 1/2. 

The currently authorized cap is $130,000. The increase requested is $30,000.00.

This request is due to increases of cost for activities, programs and elder trips
