Be it hereby known to all that the

Somerville Board of Aldermen and Mayor

offer their highest commendations to

Hazel Evans, US Army

Theresa "Phe" Needham,
US Air Force

In recognition of her appointment to the Grand Marshal

Court of Honor for the Veterans Memorial Day Parade 2017.

Ms. Evans honorably served our City, our Commonwealth, and our Nation as a member of the Armed Forces during the Vietnam War.

The Membership and the Mayor extend their sincerest

gratitude for her service, sacrifice, and commitment.
