To the Honorable Board:

I hereby appoint, subject to your Honorable Board's confirmation, Mr. William Roche as a Municipal Hearing Officer for the City of Somerville.  The municipal hearing officer conducts hearings in accordance with Article VIII Section 1 of the Somerville Code of Ordinances and Massachusetts General Law Chapter 148A.
