Dear Honorable Board Members:

The Department of Public Works has a contract with the engineering firm, Design Consultants, for the engineering and design support for the Somerville Avenue Project.  An extension is required by the Board of Aldermen to extend a contact beyond three years.  I request your approval for an extension of this contract to August 31, 2011.
