That the Director of Inspectional Services and/or the Director of Engineering report to this Council on the process by which construction of driveways with pervious pavers, porous asphalt, or pervious concrete are inspected to ensure that the subsurface has been correctly installed and includes a “base course that doubles as a reservoir for the stormwater before it infiltrates into the subsoil” so that precipitation will be absorbed rather than run off.
