To the Honorable City Council:

The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve the transfer of $5,925.42 from the Infrastructure & Asset Management Personal Services Account (0112951-511000) to the Engineering Personal Services Account (0140351-511000) to fund the Engineering Project Manager position. The transfer will rectify a budgeting error in the FY24 departmental budget that underfunded the existing position.
