To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request that your Honorable Board accept a FEMA grant in the amount of $175,617.00.  The federal portion of the grant is 80% ($140,494.00).  The grant will be used by the fire department to comply with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) narrow banding mandatory requirements.
