Requesting the appointment of Todd Zinn to the Historical Preservation Commission.

To the Honorable Board of Aldermen:

I hereby appoint, subject to your Honorable Board's approval, Mr. Todd Zinn as a regular member of the Historic Preservation Commission for a term to expire on May 15, 2017.  Mr. Zinn, currently an alternate on the Commission, will be filling a position previously held by Natasha Berger, who has requested not to be reappointed at this time.
