Dear Honorable Board Members:

I respectfully request an appropriation in the amount of one hundred twenty seven thousand, five hundred thirteen dollars ($127,513.00) from the Capital Projects Stabilization Fund to renovate certain areas of the Veterans Memorial Skating Rink.
