To the Honorable City Council:

 

 The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council consider and accept the following easements from JMC/STM/TGCI Union Square I, LLC ("the Developer"):

 

                     1) accept a pocket park access easement on, over and across land located at 346 Somerville Avenue owned by the Developer to allow public access to the pocket park to gather, pass and repass and for passive recreation purposes as further described in the easement document, said pocket park to be maintained by Developer, its successors and assigns according to the Landscape Maintenance and Management Plan incorporated into and attached to the easement;

 

And;

 

2)  accept a maintenance easement over, under and across land located at 346 Somerville Avenue owned by the Developer within the area of the pocket park to allow the City to operate, maintain, inspect, repair, alter and replace the City-owned stormwater storage tank located underneath the pocket park, including access needed to repair damage if any to the pocket park resulting from the operation and maintenance of the stormwater storage tank as further described in the easement document.
