To the Honorable City Council:
The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council consider and accept the following deed and easements and approve the grant of a sidewalk maintenance license as follows:
1) a deed from Boynton Yards Land Co. conveying land known as Lot 1A, a small parcel of land adjacent to Windsor Street as shown on the plan described in the deed;
2) an easement from SILICON PROPCO 2021, LLC and BUILDING 2 OWNER LLC, each to the extent of their ownership, for the purpose of public access to the sidewalk, thoroughfare, platform and ramp by the public described in the easement and shown on the easement plan; and
3) a grant of a maintenance license from the City to the Adjacent Landowners for maintaining the portions of the sidewalk in the City’s right-of-way.
