To the Honorable Board:
Pursuant to Section 103, Chapter 32 of the MA General Laws, the Somerville Retirement Board will be discussing and holding a VOTE during its regular May 24, 2018 Board meeting regarding the Cost of Living Adjustment for 2018 for eligible retirees of the Somerville Retirement Board.
Please place this on the agenda for the next Board of Alderman meeting. Section 103(i) requires notification to the legislative body at least 30 days before such election.
