To the Honorable City Council:

I respectfully request an appropriation of $164,976 from the Kennedy School Pool Enterprise Fund Retained Earnings certified as of July 1, 2020 for the purpose of subsidizing the FY2022 Kennedy School Pool  Enterprise Fund Budget.
