Dear Honorable Board Members:

I hereby request, subject to the approval of your Honorable Board, a transfer in the amount of nine thousand, seven hundred forty three dollars ($9,743.00) from the Salary Contingency Account, Salaries (Org. 9990-Acct. 51110) to the Law Department, Personal Services, Other Lump Sum Payments (Org. 2501- Account 51691).

This transfer is required to fund accrued vacation time and furlough reimbursement for former City Solicitor, John Gannon.
