That the Director of OSPCD (Transportation and Infrastructure) install a crosswalk on Highland Avenue, from Porter Street to the other side of Highland Avenue, where a public alley connects through to Hudson Street, since there is no crosswalk on Highland Avenue between Conwell Street and Lowell Street.
