That the Mayor’s Office, working with the Director of Engineering, report to this Board on ways to improve on the poor communication and lack of responsiveness by Eversource to residents concerning gas meter replacement, street construction and other utility work, and establish effective standard operating procedures for communication with residents who have questions or concerns.
