To the Honorable Board:

I hereby submit, subject to the approval of your Honorable Board, an appropriation in the amount of $865,346 to fund the Fiscal year 2019 Veterans Memorial & Founders Ice Rink Enterprise Fund Budget. The appropriation is broken down into the attached Personal Services, Ordinary Maintenance, and Debt Service Accounts. Program revenue in the amount of $669,318 will be raised to fund the proposed budget. In addition, an amount of $158,000 will also be raised from the tax levy to support the Enterprise Fund Budget and FY2018 Retained Earnings in the amount of $41,000 will also be appropriated to meet the needs of the FY2019 Enterprise Fund Budget.
