To the Honorable Board of Aldermen:
On March 5, 2015, members of the Planning Board and BOA Land Use Committee held a public hearing on #198276 - proposed zoning ordinance amendment to limit the gross floor area increase to 15% for 1 and 2 family dwelling conversions to require a Special Permit. Attached please find a copy of the formal recommendation from the Planning Board.
